Today was my a/s. I got the tech that I don't really like (she doesn't tell you what she's looking at) but everything was looking good with the baby so I didn't mind. She wasn't able to get a look at the face so I have to go back in 2 weeks for another u/s (yay!). I gained 3lbs (i really thought it was going to be more) so i'm up 7lbs now. My bp was AMAZING!!!! This never happens for me since I have white coat syndrome, my lucky day I guess!
After my appt dh, dd, and I went to the pumpkin patch. I got some really great pictures of dd and we all had a great time. We were there for about 35 minutes then headed back to the truck.
When we got to my dads truck (they left it with us while on vacation) I saw glass on the ground then realized someone had busted out the window and stolen my purse (which was hidden) and my moms crochet bag. I was so upset! I know my mom had been working on that blanket for a long time... we started calling my credit cards to report them stolen and found out they had already been used (we'll get the money back but it makes me sick that they got $300+ worth of gas-who can spend $300 on gas???). Then I realized that in my purse was the CD of all my u/s pictures from every visit so far and the pictures they printed out for me that morning. I called the office and they still had some of the pictures from the day that I could get. It just totally sucks! My day was going so well. Who steals from a pregnant lady while out spending time with her family at a pumpkin patch??? Oh and I forgot to mention that my parents are out of the country so I haven't even told my dad yet...I'm just sooooooo mad and needed to vent. Thanks for getting this far!
