New Year Party Drinks
Coffee with Ice-cream
800ml expresso coffee (or strong coffee)
8 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
150ml fresh cream
grated dark chocolate
4 tall glasses
- Put the coffee in the refrigerator and let it get cold - very cold.
- Disitibute the scoops of ice-cream, 2 scoops in each glass (makes 4 glasses).
- Pour the cold coffee into the sames glasses that have the scoops of ice-cream.
- Beat the cream untill stiff. Place some on top of each coffee and sprinckel with dark chocolate.
