Help FF Babies--How much now?

For those of you who are formula feeding your babies, how many ounces are they taking per feeding now? Sophie has been at 4 ounces for quite a while and today for the first time...after she finished a bottle she started crying and immediately put her fingers in her mouth sucking like she was still hungry. I went and made her another ounce and she took to it right away and was content when she finished. I was wondering if I should move her up to 5oz per feeding now or just wait it out since this is the first time she has acted like she was still hungry.
