Bitter Sweet Birthday

Well today is Austins 2nd Birthday, I cant believe he is already 2. We had a wonderful birthday party on Saturday for him. Ill try to do pictures sometime this week. On the down side my grandpa is really sick. He was hospitalized a week ago for pneumonia. He got it in both lungs and both were filled so badly with fluid that they have tubes in him getting ot out. He has just continued to get worse. Yesterday they sedated him to insert a feeding and oxygen tube. I guess his oxygen levels are really low and he needs the oxygen. They were supposed to try and remove the oxygen tube at 5 am and see how he does, basically if his oxygen levels stay low without the tube then that is really bad and he probably wont make it much longer. Since they sedated him yesterday he hasnt really responded at all. I went with my mom last night and we got to see him. He is in ICU now. There is always a family member with him at all times. He also has 3 care takers that he has had since my grandma passed away 18 months ago, at all times and one of them is there always as well. Im going to be back there this evening with my mom. I feel so badly for him. I hope he is not in pain. We should know more about his condition tonight. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you
