Let's start from the beginning...
I had my first AF at the age of 11 years and 9 months. From the very first day it was VERY heavy, but also VERY regular, like clockwork. That is, until I was 16 1/2 years old. With the snap of a finger AF became irregular. There was no warning. It started with a missed period with spotting in between, and my normal cramps and other PMS symptoms were rare. Now I know that was because I wasn't ovulating regularly. In fact, I probably ovulated...
