HI, I am new here, my doctor checked me yesterday and said I am not even 1 cm. This is my 4th baby and I was wondering if anyone knows what I should do to help baby move down. I can hardly walk though, expecting a 9-10 pounder.

This is my first time on here and I was trying to get info. Iam due 7/28/08 with my fourth baby and I contracted fifth disease in my 17th week. I have to go next Tuesday for a sono to determine if the baby needs a blood transfusion.
