I have written here before about our sleep issues and then I would end up jinxing myself. So I stopped. I haven't written a blog entry in months, being supersitious I suppose.

I wrote in a thread about our night time routine in the rocking chair, drinking his last bottle. And he stopped that bottle.

So I went to a sippy cup and he would cuddle with me again. And I wrote that down, and he stopped.

It comes up again, about what we do for our LO's...

.....when your hubby hangs up the phone with you and says "thanks for spending a little time with your DH."

Well, maybe square 2. At least Chase isn't up to eat twice a night. We've definitely seen those fair share of nights.

We are back to eating around 5:30am at the moment. He wakes up around 3:30am and continues to whine, full on scream, whimper then back to sleep for 2 hours on and off.

It's so hard when I have to get up early every day! But I keep thinking we are letting him adjust to not eating....and in actuality he is still being fed in the night. Ugh. ...

Oh well, the 3 night sleeping streak is over. Last night was Friday night so we let him "whine it out" for 2.5 hrs, on and off. I finally got up at 5:30am and changed and fed him, hoping he would sleep in past my normal wake up time on weekdays. At least that worked! Chase woke up for the day around 9am.

Darn, just when I thought we were on a sleeping roll.

Not getting discouraged, but hoping for the best tonight.

I am afraid to jinx myself, but this was night 3 of no overnight feedings! **insert Happy Dance here!**

I read on BIF a few moms who had a 3 night string of sleep. I hope it continues and that we just joined the club! Membership has its priviledges.

Chase still wakes and cries each night, but he settles back down lately and I am sooooo proud of him.

Now, being the pessimist that I apparently am, those gosh darned teeth are going to pop through and...
