I'm having an okay day so far. I'm gonna just take a shower, then curl up and try to get up the nerve to watch "The Notebook" again. I had an interesting day. Well David left last night to go up north to his hunting land with his dad for the weekend,so he isn't here. That bridge is amazing! Wow! The pictures on TV do it absolutely no justice! When I went on it from north to south, into downtown, it was just incredible! I was just gonna go across and stay on the freeway and then go onto 94 and go home that way, but as I was crossing it, I was so impressed, that I had to take a second look, so I exited onto Washington Ave. and turned around and went back over it again. I had a pretty good night. When David woke up though, I couldn't go back to sleep. I kept thinking about the new 35W bridge that would be opening at 5am, and thought I should watch it or at least DVR it or something, so I got up and watched it. It was really amazing. I had a pretty good day today I guess. I went to Elk River to pick up our taxes for the last 3 years, and we did get a pretty good amount. Let's just say that we'll finally be able to pay off our property taxes for the last 3 years. The state will garnish our state taxes, which will cover a lot of them, but not all, and we will use some of our federal to cover the rest. Then we will use the rest to re-roof part of our house. We'll just say that every time it rains, it also rains in our bathroom....
