- Dh and I have been TTC#1 since 09-00. I was diagnosed with stage IV endo in 04 had a Laparotomy to remove it. I was told we would need IVF to conceive. We finally got a chance to do IVF in 06 which ended with bfn. After that failed cycle I developed a huge cyst which got infected and I had to have another Laparotomy and they took out both tubes and left ovary. We will be starting our 2nd IVF cycle Fall 08.
