Something I have ALWAYS wanted to try! Well I got my chance....almost. I went to the gym late on Thursday so that I could do a kick boxing class. I even went early enough for an intro to kickboxing class. The instructor never showed up! I guess she was out with the flu. Next Thursday is Valentine's Day and I won't be there then. That leaves only 2 Thursday night kickboxing classes left for the month of February, then the Thursday night class will be changed to something else. What a bummer!...

Because if I don't the kids will drive me insane! For weeks now I have had a routine where I pick the kids up from school and we go to the gym. It works out nicely because I get a couple of hours to myself to work out, listen to my ipod and read the latest book I have grabbed, and the kids get to run around and get rid of some energy. Especially Josh who has just woken up from a nap and is ready to go! Yesterday I felt a bit blah and decided that I didn't want to go to the gym. Between visiting...

So we go out to my dad's new girlfriends house this weekend. Nothing like the smell of fresh manure. She has 4 horses and lots of droppings! The kids all rode horses, well Sky and Jay did. Josh sat on one for about as long as you can expect a 19 month old to sit on one, and then wanted off. I didn't ride although they tried to get me too. My dad told me the horses (other than the pony the kids sat on) are jumpers. Didn't want to break my back this weekend so I passed. So how did I get exercise?...
