We have internet again.
It felt like forever.
It was 24 hours. rofl

We had digital cable and cable internet through charter BIG We aren't able to get DSL through AT&T *yet* (and probably not for a long while). So it's Charter or dial-up *snore*. AND Our bill runs around the $150 mark. So we had Direct TV installed Friday. We have one regular box and one DVR (I got outvoted, but I like the "dish divver"). We got the digital plan, + Baby First TV for $49/mo. We also get HBO, Showtime, and Stars free for three months, but BFD to me. ANYWAY - I call Friday to cancel the TV services only. The girl understands that we want to nix the TV services only, and notes as such on our account. And yesterday, big fat smelly guy with his shirt half unbuttoned (so not sexay) shows up, picks up the boxes, climbs the pole, and obviously, unhooks everything. I talk to some doofus with a bad grasp on the English language for 30 minutes who tells me the the tech didn't mess anything up. Another guy comes today, calls yesterday's guy a dumbass, and all is well. And I had so much to catch up on! I felt like it had been FOR EV ER! lol anyway. The kid is finally in bed. Muffins are in the oven. Dipes in the wash. And I finally don't have to 1ht!
