Default Tuesday Weight Loss Chatty Thread

Would you guys rather do a daily thread or should we just do a weekly one? Like Monday I would have put 5/12 weekly wl chatty thread. Let me know. does not matter to me either way.

Well, today is stormy. I am so tired of the rain. I really think it is starting to depress me.

No walk, but I am going to go and to my Jillian DVD. I am a bit sore from yesterday, so I will go light. Time to go have a bagel.

I like having a daily one.

I need to take a walk today, it's already pretty outside. Yesterday I really wasn't feeling good, so I slept whenever Nash slept. I think it was from all the commotion on Sunday.

I had a bagel this morning. Should not have!! Once the are gone then it's bye bye breads!! Well only healthy ones maybe. Like whole grain etc...
I did some yoga this morning, but that's about it so far. I'm scheduling my first meeting at the weight loss center today, too! I think it will really help me along.

Try the whole grain bagels with fat free cream cheese. Its actually pretty good and only like 3 points for WW.

Lunch I had a hot dog. At least I had a pickle. That counts as a veggie right? lol

Have not worked out yet. Megan just went to sleep so I am going to go soon. I am so tired today. I have been the last few days. I think it is all this crap eating.

Today was the start of my diet since I was driving from NC to VA and didn't eat very healthy. But now I am here, it starts today! I took a long walk with Landon earlier and I feel really good. So far, I had some water, fruit salad with some fat free pudding (posted about it on the weight loss sticky), 8 of these pecan almond clusters (thats the serving suggestion) which was just about 170 calories. And tonight, my mom and I are going to panera. Yikes, don't want to think about all those calories.

I went to my sisters and walked a mile and worked out to her Biggest Loser work out video. That thing will kick your @$$. Eating is not my issue, I eat well and drink only water, I just got to get up and get moving each day. I plan to do the same tomorrow.

sounds great!! kristen, there are some healthy things at panera, but i LOVE the frontega chicken panini. so i only get half and get half a side salad, dressing on the side. i figure at least i'm not eating a whole one and it saves on the carbs. of course I ALWAYS get the chips though!!!!

i had lunch out at a friends house but tried to not eat a lot. i had my usual cereal for breakfast and i guess we're having leftovers tonight (i was supposed to go out but have a major headache). i should start putting a salad together.

I was bad! I did a little weight lifting (Natty in and out of the car in her seat) with the diaper bag. I had a yogurt and then for lunch Wendy's new wraps *2 of them* to go w/soda. BAD!!! I was craving them and was on the go since I had my hair appt. I had tomato soup with half water/half milk and grilled cheese and saltines.
I am wanting nothing but junk, I am feeling like AF is coming too. I totally just want to veg out.

Well, I cannot give up Chocolate candy just yet, I must have it at least once a day...but I promise I will give it up, but I drink lots and lots of green tea and eat whole grain breads only- so this is good,right?

I have some Diet Green Tea with Citrus and it is good. I hear it is supposed to help with metabolism. I just like it though.

Ugh, weight loss! Can I tell you all how hungry I am!!! Since giving up dairy, I've lost 6 lbs, but I'm so hungry! I can't even eat what I'm craving to eat! I need to get back into an exercise program, but I know once I go back to work next week it's going to be even harder. I'll come home from work around 8am, and want to sleep when Kyra goes down for her nap, not exercise!

Maybe I'll try some of that green tea. What kind do you drink, Carissa? It sounds good!
