icon16 There is a SOY GOD!

Well let me tell anyone who is having problems with their little one and milk issues,
The SOY GODS have fallen upon us and, boy, oh boy is he the baby I have been wanting to be in the company of. I mean with the Alimentum he did better then on regualr formula. Never was 100%, not even 90 The Goodstart started off good, but still had screaming fits, in whcih I thought were teething related. Well now he is sick and has more the reason to be miserable, he has been a SUPER GOOD BOY. DH even said he is like a new baby. He is just so content and for the past 2 days only cries when he needs to nap or is becoming tired. So now we pray to the SOY GOD's and ask our little boy remains content!

I just went off dairy to keep BFing Kyra. I was hoping you were talking about that! LOL! But I'm glad to hear he's feeling so much better! I can tell Kyra is too, and it's only been 5 days off dairy! They said it will take 2 weeks to clear my system!

Yup, Soy is a blessing. I had to use it with my 2nd DS after we had to stop BF at 6 months. He was on the soy formula until 12 months, then Silk until he was 2, then I was able to gradually move him to 1% milk and now he does fine on 2%.

I could have WRITTEN this post, Melissa!!!!!!!! We are loving the soy right now, too. Lily did fine on Nutramigen, well, better than anything else we had tried. We can get Nutramigen covered by insurance once we meet our deductible, but not until then. So, just kinda by accident we started the soy and she is also like a new baby!!!! DH and I were just talking about this earlier tonight. It's been 4 days now and she is the happiest I've ever seen her. She is giggling tons and just talking away!!! We can hear her laying in her bassinet just talking away!!!
She smiles and just seems to feel light as a feather all of a sudden!!!! I hope it stays this way!!
I was asking Dh if he thought it was the soy formula making her feel so good suddenly or maybe just a new stage of development. Hard to say, but she is one happy baby all of a sudden.
We will certainly keep giving her Soy if the ped is OK with it. We compared the ingredients and it look perfectly healthy for her!!
What a blessing!! Finally!!
