Post Away =)...
Always check the weekly ad, plan meals accordingly & make a list before you go. STICK to that list!!
Sign up for the discount card that that store has to offer it doesn't cost anything to sign up for or use & it comes in EXTREMELY handy!! I know Albersons, Safeway, Kroger, & a few others offer these cards
Clip coupons!!
NEVER go shopping on an empty stomach, EVER! This helps a ton with impulse buying.
If you can, stock up on meats & freeze them in as many servings as you're going to use...
I take a pound of hamburger & stick it in a freezer bag, flatten & freeze. It's super easy to defrost under water for about 5 minutes to slide out of the bag & it'll defrost the rest of the way while cooking it.
Formula
When using the Enfamil, Similac, etc checks you can also use a store's coupon on top of those checks!! You will save a TON of money!
Online Shopping
Whatever item I am buying I look for online discount codes,
Example: If I am ordering from Victoria Secret I will type in google "Victoria Secret Discount Codes"
The children's place has monthly coupons you can print out for a savings of 20%.
These coupons The Children's Place: Clothing for Kids
These coupons renew every month. If you try to use it online it won't work, but if you call CP and tell them your coupon is not working on an internet order they will generate you a new code.
Cable Bill
I called our Cable Provider and asked that we speak with a supervisor. I explained that another company offered us a deal that would save us $120 for the year and would they be willing to honor tha same price rather then us change and they did. Direct TV offered us a $120 credit in a one lump sum.
Cell Phone
If you are out of contract I would call them and tell them you would like to terminate your service as of the next billing cycle, calling their bluff. They will always ask you why. DH and I tell them another company is willing to beat their plan and offer us new phones. We have gotten reduced rate offers and extra rollover minutes.
Home Phone
We use Vonage. It is $32 a month with many features. That Phone companys will charge per feature. We can call with in the us and some countries like Europe and so on.
Join Triple A (AAA)
They offer discounts on stores such as, Target, Circuit City, Pay Less, movie tickets and many other stores. They offer discount on trips/cruises, car insurance and will even help you find the best offer on a car in your area. They offer discount on action parks and stuff like that.
Mailing List
Always see if your fav company has a mailing list, they tend to mail out coupons or offers.
Internet Provider
I have called and told them I was going to change to competing companies, they have offered me at time 3 months of free service or reduced rates. I got TimeWarner Cable to drop my CABLE MODEM RATE form $50 to $19.99 for one year . I tld them I was not employed and DH was the sole provider.

If you live in any of these areas Cell Phone Coverage - MetroPCS Metro PCS is AWESOME!!! Michael & I pay maybe $100 a month for UNLIMITED minutes & texting
Online Shopping
Amazon.com has FREE shipping on most items $25 & above, it may take a little longer to get to you but in the end it's TOTALLY worth it
I try to look for coupons to everywhere on Google. My friend and I went to the outlets this weekend to get the kids some clothes with our Stimulus checks, and between the coupons we printed, the sales, and the additional coupons we got, I saved more than I spent. You can even find some pretty good grocery coupons at some sites. Also, the Dollar Tree gets in the overstock of some products and they also honor coupons!

If there is one in your area, try shopping at Price-Rite or Aldi's. They recently brought both into our area and the savings are amazing! Its all store brand stuff
If you like name brand, try grocery shopping at Wal-Mart Supercenter
you can get some great coupons (every week) from the Coupons, Grocery Coupons - The Grocery Game :: Home You don't have to be a member. Their membership is great though. They will tell you when the stores around you have the lowest prices on items and when to use certain coupons to get the best deal possible.
Also, if you use Pampers diapers with your kids, enter the codes off of every package of pampers products (wipes, diapers, swim diapers...) You can earn free stuff with those points. One of the new items is 200 4x6 photo prints from Shutterfly. You just pay postage. I figured I am using pampers, I might as well keep track of my points and get my pictures printed. They have a bunch of other stuff too.
