Hope you all got some great food this weekend! I sure did. I am ready to start my journey. I am having a Slim Fast shake for breakfast then off to the YMCA.

Major goal for the day~DRINK WATER!!!!

well my yoga class is canceled and it's pouring here so no exercise for me today :-(

my goal for today is also to drink more water!!!

I'm stuck at work all day today, but I will be teaching my dance class tonight so that will be my exercise for today. I have also decided to try and take the stairs instead of the elevator at work.

My big issue is that I am an emotional eater. When I'm stressed or upset, or even when I'm bored at work, I find comfort in food and then I look in the mirror and the cycle starts all over. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to help stop this?

We're going for a LONG walk today. In all total, 6 miles...
Taking 'Lu to her appt, from there going to the Grocery store, then back home, & later we're going on a date walking to & from This is pretty much a normal Monday for us... minus the date & the doc appt.

It is pouring here. So no walking for me. I do food shopping so I intend to shop and buy the things I need to help my weight loss. I think I am going to do a similar diet as to when I was pregnant with AJ. I will buy a work out tape tomorrow also for days like this.

I totally went over my WW points at my mother's day brunch! But thankfully I didn't gain weight. Probably because I did a workout aftewards instead of sleeping like I really wanted to do.

Goals for the week:
Drink tons of water
Exercise everyday

Back from the Y. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 25 minutes of weights, then 10 minutes on the bike. I am planning on this MWF, then TTHS doing my dvd. I plan on doing cardio everyday.

It is actually not raining for once, so we will probably go for a walk tonight.

Stopped at McDonalds on the way home from the Y. I am such a bonehead. Got a grilled chicken sand, so not too bad.
