Heck yeah they do. Hers was DS2's it has a safety thing on it that will prevent it from going over stairs, but we don't have any. It also has stoppers I can push down to make it where she has to stay still.
So far she has explored the kitchen and living room. I had to take the table clothe off my kitchen table cause she was pulling on it and then she tried to open all the drawers at her level. Now she has made it to in front of the front glass door and it talking at everything she sees outside.

So, are they ok to use? Megan would have a ball in it. She loves when you hold her up and she walks, so she would get a kick out of it.

As long as it is on the bottom floor... I have used them with all my kids. They are just like anything else you use with a baby, As long as you are there with them and use good judgement they are safe.
