Default Me time

Do you get any me time? Is it a priority for you to have a few hours of "me time" each week? If so, how do you do it?
DH will sometimes take the baby on his days off and let me sleep in, but that's about it, and its very rare.
I want us to start working on letting me have some good "me time".
I want a few hours every week to do some things on my own.
I chose to be a sahm for now, so I understand that taking care of the baby is my job and my main responsibility, but I want to hear some ways that you get your "me time" in for some ideas.
I also have to admit that I'm a bit of a control freak when it comes to Lily. When DH takes her I really don't sleep well b/c I keep thinking that he's not going to watch her "good enough" and she is going to stick something in her mouth and choke etc..
I'm also worried that she is going to fall over and bump her head and get bruises (darn hardwoods suck for that!)
When anyone else has kept her like a g'ma, it's been for only a very short while. I do trust them, but in the back of my head I'm always thinking "they are going to give her sweets and bad things to eat and what if she's allergic?"
Oh well...I guess it's normal??
