Do you feed every 4 hours regardless if they are upset? Sometimes Megan is content at the 4 hour mark and I end up feeding her anyway. I just don't want her to get to the point of screaming.

I never had this with Adam. He was ready at the 3 hour mark! lol

Let me clarify...
she sometimes wants 4 oz 3 hours after a bottle, but this is only if she's had less than 5oz with the previous bottle ( she's teething & sometimes will only take 3 or 4 oz ) & when she's not teething she will go for 5 hours sometimes 6 before she wants to eat & she takes 7 or 8oz

I wait until Lora asks for it. Sometimes she acts like she wants it and then just plays with the nipple, so I wait to see if her binky soothes her first.

Livia eats when she is hungry. She has always had some pretty major reflux so we have always done just a few ounces at a time every couple of hours or so. Now we have added in a 2oz (w/ 2oz water) juice bottle too. Because we live in the desert and its way, way, way hot every day I think that some of her "eating" is just because she is thirsty.

AJ does 7 ozs every 3/4 hours and sometimes will want another 2-3 ozs every now and then right after his bedtime bottle. I let him tell me when he is hungry, but sounds like she is fine and whatever you are doing is working for her.

Whenever she's wanting it. Thinking about it, its about every 4 hours or so, she usually takes 5-6oz, and somewhere in there is a 2ozjuice/2oz water bottle (Dr suggested). At night she gets a bottle at 7:30pm, then bed, then usually she wakes around 3am for a bottle, then wakes around 7-8am and gets one then. Well, maybe the day ones are sooner. I know she does 6-7 bottles per 24 hours (because I have 6 nipples and have to wash them every night ...that sounds weird....) I make them 6oz each, and sometimes she finishes them, sometimes she doesn't.

I don't keep track. I fill up his bottle to 6oz and he sometimes finishes it, sometimes doesn't, and sometimes wants more. He doesn't overdue it, when he's done he's done so he doesn't get overfed. It ends up being every 3 hrs or so.

I wait til she's hungry... but that can be anywhere from 20 min to 5 hours! lol

katie eats every four hours she has 3 bottles at 7oz and her last one before bed only 6 oz . inbetween her morning and afternoon bottle she has 1/2 of a stage 1 fruits or cereal then between her afternoon and early evening bottle she has 1/2 a veggie. she never really cries or acts like she is hungrey until she actually sees the bottle then she starts to cry till it gets to her mouth.

When Mili FF during the day it is 5 oz every 3 hrs and she usually starts complaining as I am making it.

When she gets food it is a 4 oz jar then she will nurse on both sides and then it will be 3 hrs before she is hungry again

When she just BF she wants to eat every hr to hr and a half.

When he is hungry we feed him formula, if he wants a snack, thats when he gets some yams or applesauce
