Anyone else?
I've heard it was going to happen and it finally is. My hair is falling out!!! It's coming out in chunks!

Re: Anyone else?
I've been waiting and just the past few weeks it really is starting. It comes out a lot when I'm doing it in the morning and I'm finding it all over the place! It came out quite a bit with my second, thank goodness it grows back!

Re: Anyone else?
Oh yes! Especially in the shower. It has just started about the last 2 weeks or so.

Re: Anyone else?
Mine too, I really hate running my hands through my hair now! It's coming out in clumps in the shower, when I brush it, & when I take it down from being up.

Re: Anyone else?
Mine never did that, Gee I didnt know that happens. If anything I have too much hair, The hair dressers take hours to perm my hair when I get it done and they always tell me I have alot of hair. I wish I could get the time to get a perm done again, havent done it in years.

Re: Anyone else?
Mine started falling out like crazy, about a month ago. I hated showering or brushing my hair everyday. My house is now covered in hair. I cut my hair off this weekend and it has really helped. I am not shedding as bad anymore.

Re: Anyone else?
Mine is everywhere too, all on the floor, in the kids hands and mouth - YUCK !
Dh jokingly said this morning after helping Hunter get a piece out of his mouth attached to his suckie - "ok now your hair is affecting all of us "
I told him the other day there was a mouse in the gabage in the bathroom, my hair loss from brushing that morning

Re: Anyone else?
Oh, God yes! It's horrible and it's been going on for awhile and actually seems to be getting a bit better now, but even though I keep it contained and never unbraid it except to rebraid it again, just finger-combing leaves me with huge handfulls of it and I find hairs all over Terran no matter how careful I try to be! YUCK! I especially hate it when I find them in his diaper area (he's a boy!) and once there was one wrapped around his finger so tightly that I had to call dd in to get it off. She says it wasn't as bad as it looked and maybe it wouldn't have looked that bad if it hadn't been a part of my OWN body that was cutting off his circulation, but I kept counting fingers and toes and apologizing for days.
I think this is why so many women cut their hair after giving birth, not because of any vanity on their parts or because they don't have time to care for it.
I've kept my hair through my other kids and I won't cut it this time either, but part of me sure does wish I'd started dreadlocks at least a year before I started TTC!
Here is a link to the discussion at LHC in case there are any other hard core hair peeps here besides my illustrious self.
