Default Tips to get a better night's sleep

Sleep is one of the keys to good health and for getting through your day yawn-free. Getting a sound night's rest is not as impossible as you may think. National Sleep Awareness Week is March 3 to March 9 and the National Sleep Foundation is challenging Amercians to improve their sleeping habits.

If you are feeling extra-sleepy lately, you are not the only one. According to a just-released study by the Centers for Disease Control on adults and their sleeping habits, 50 to 70 million people nationwide are drowsily making it through their work days, struggling on less than 7 hours of sleep on work nights, which is under the recommended snooze time for optimal health.
