Trying to Find Time to Date While As a Single parent ?
many of us have had kids after divorce/breakups .
Sometimes i wonder how do people find dates/hubbys so quickly when I haven't had a date for almost 4 yrs now !
Some people soon enough grab up a boyfriend within 2-3 months after a divorce/breakup and I'm like I wasn't really ready to date til 2 yrs ago but then I'm like going here i'm out and about but alone when brendan is with his grandparents , here i'm alone at the house etc, then i would go out wondering around -fearing of how to ask or even going up to a guy thinking all those guys have gfs or they have wifes . or they proably too young for me etc
also half the guys here smoke and i'm like i do not want to date any smoker yucky !
Then some guys are into the bar scene i'm definetly not into the bar scene !
I have met a couple cute guys and they talk to me but it's only been a few times and i only met one of them through a bible study and the other through the common trip to mt jacks!
I love montana jacks!
That's the only way i know of meeting guys i as a mom who don't work in a co-worker filled enviroment .
I say just find out if there is a single group in your area there may be some single parents having an adult nite out and some of them may have single parents with kids - you can have fun with adults while kids are having fun!
