Ok, I know my situation is not ideal, but I'm not here to be told that, I already know! So, here goes. I've been seperated since Dec 2007, my ex and I were married for 6 years(and counting) and have three children together. It's taken us so long to actually get around to filing for divorice because we both have major financial issues. I moved in with my boyfriend in August 2008, he has supported my children and I since they day we moved in (and before, he helped out a lot when I was living on
own). In December I found out I was pregnant with my boyfriends child and due in August. I'm just wondering what I need to do, I know the child is his, my ex knows it's not his, we are just getting around to filing for divorce and there is no way it will be done by August. Will he(my ex)have any right to the child? Will he have to take a paternity test to prove the child is not his? Will my boyfriend have to take one? Who do I put on the birth certificate?? Who's last name does the baby take? Thanks in advance....I'm just so confussed and trying to get some sort of answer.
