Advice. . . :(

i am on birth control.
i take it everyday.
tomorrow, i am suppose to start taking my fake white pills.
i had sex 2 days again.
i'm not sure if semen got into me or not.
if it did, what should i do in order to decrease chance of pregnancy?
should i take my white pills?
or
should i start a new pack of pills for a few days then take the white pills?
i really need advice on what to do.
