Hey,
I'm pretty worried about this spring. We're in a severe drought here in central NC. I'm dreading seeing how many of my perennials haven't made it. And I only plant drought tolerant ones. We've completely banned all outdoor watering, so no veggie garden this year.

I don't have a backyard, and barely a little yard in front so I don't get to plant much. But I am planting tomatoes in pots and as many flowers as I can fit in the front yard. I love working out in the yard.

I have tulips and crocus and daisies. I haven't really decided what else to try to put out this year, it is very early to be thinking about it. I will just get to depressed that it is so cold and snowy out.
About 2 years ago, I started gardening again. This year, I am really pleased with the results. Spring is in full force here in Texas. My roses are blooming, and my veggie patch is producing lots of greens. I think that is what I am most impressed with. I didn't think I could grow lettuce; because I thought the insects would just get all of it.
