St Joseph Statue?

I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with using this to sell your home. rumor has it that if you bury this statue in your yard, it will make for a quick sale. Upon selling, you are then supopsed to dig up the ststue and place it on your mantle..I am trying this today! Has anyone else had success?
