How do you get LONG eyelashes?

I'm looking for some tips. Mine are rather short and blondish. My husband has better eyelashes than I do!!

I wear mascara everywhere I go. Are there any natural ways to get longer, darker, more voluminous lashes?

i dnt think there are any natural ways to get longer lashes but u can get eye lash extensions there not fals lashes that u put on for a day im not sure exactly how long they stay on for but i guess google eyelash extensions I know theres a lot of places in Los Angeles

It's not the most "natural" way to get longer lashes, but this will make them "appear" longer and fuller: First, apply a regular coat of mascara. Wait a few seconds and then apply a second coat to only the tips of the lashes. Also, if you normally use a brown mascara, use a black color when applying to the tips. This is called "minking", I think.

I just got Lancome primer for eyelashes but does anyone know how I go about using it? Does it go on before the actual mascara??

Wow I have never heard of "minking"... it sounds cool and like an interesting idea. Maybe I will give that a shot! I don't think I am brave enough for the extensions, or false lashes, hehe.

My friend got lash extensions and really liked them. I thought they looked good too, you really couldn't tell that they were fake.

what i do to get LONG eyelashes is i combine two mascaras. and do the "minking",
