I have a bad history with eyeliner. Anything that’s possible to poke, smear or bleed into my eyes, I do. And the rest just doesn’t stay put. However, I may have just found the best eyeliner ever! (And I speak with the virtue of being something of an eye makeup ho.) It’s soft and creamy and yet, waterproof – an ideal for someone whose life and work brings her to tears way too often. These pencils work great, whether you wish to line eyes with a hint of color or go for the full artistic, multi-hued effect.
