you also will be required to sign a contract and fax it back to admin.

your duties will include:
New Host Requests/Weekly Spreadsheet- You will take all the new host requests or requests to be removed. You enter or remove their name & email on our spreadsheet, highlight it and then forward me the sheet once a week (we usually do fridays) and I will actually add them in admin. You would then send them the new host welcome letter. I will email you both the welcome letter and spreadsheet. Let me know your email addy you use for the boards, and I will send them to that one.

Host Activity - Using the spreasheet, check the hosts activity on the boards once or twice a month. Then just mark it on the sheet.

Host Violations- email/PM template is up here for you, self explanatory. If a host ever gives a problem, let me know asap!

Host needed messages- Just check to make sure once a week that they are up to date on the site. Any board with two hosts should not have a host needed message- any board with less than two hosts should have the host needed message.
Featured Forums-You can start by posting in CL, you may even want to make it a sticky asking for ff requests. Then you put them in Global by editing the list that Lisa has up there. We do 2 forums per month, and make sure you let me know as well in CD so I may update them here as well.

Weekly Prune list: There is a sticky in Global for this. You go through the main page of the CS, and list all the forums with over 400 threads (must be 400+ in the thread column not the post column)

Signature Violations- There is a template here for you to use to PM (email if PM is unavailable) those with a siggie over 550 pixels in width. After the 2nd time you have PM someone, give them 2-3 days to change their siggy, if they don't remove their signature. Sometimes people will report large siggies to you, but most of the tim
