Default Waking up in pain??

The last few nights(like every other really) K has woken saying something hurts. Tonight it was her back. She is either an excellent actress- or it's really bothering her.

Any ideas? Anyone ever dealt with this? I gave her a tyenol melt away and she's fast asleep in my bed. My Mom says she's using it to sleep in our bed, but she doesn't appear to be faking it?!?
