Red outer ear?

Kenzie's one ear is quite red. Would that be a symptom of an ear infection? Her inner ear looks fine- it is just the outer part that is red?

Nothing else notable. I pressed it and it doesn't bother it. But, If it could be an infection I'd like to get it taken care of before we leave for Oregon.
