What did you do for work before you had your boys?
nothing of note (retail manager during college) b/c I got married right after college graduation. I was still trying to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up when I got pregnant with ds1.

Do you work now?
no. I was planning to do the training for being a postpartum doula this July but I haven't gotten my act together for it. I may put it off till November. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up! At this point any job I would get would be too far down the pay scale to justify the cost of child care so I'll stay home with the boys for now.

How did you meet DH?
High school sweethearts. Actually, we didn't start dating till the last month of my senior year so I'm not really sure that counts. I asked him to the prom, he said yes, that night he kissed me and we have been together since.

When did you realize he was "the one"?
I don't think there was really a moment. It was a gradual thing and just being with him always felt right. I know that when he liked my friend senior year I had a compelling urge to make sure she didn't reciprocate his feelings. I wasn't sure I really wanted to be with him but there was something about him.

What are you doing for July 4th weekend?
Still trying to decide about the actual 4th. The past few years we have skipped our city's big fireworks' show and every year I regret it. Last year I vowed to go to it this year but I just don't think Isaac will like it. We have plans to go to a BBQ on Saturday.

When you cook, do you have a signature dish?
I'm a really good baker (if I do say so myself). My signature savory dish is a chicken pot pie with a puff pastry crust.

What celeb do you think is hot?
Taye Diggs- he is so sexy.
