Need advice--URGENT

My little guy is so sick. I'm really worried. I can not break his temp--104.8. I called the doc but the nurse told me to keep doing the motrin & baths. I feel like something is wrong--I've never had a baby this sick.

Should i go to the ER despite what the nurse says? WWYD???
