How do you know when you are just over stressed out?

I keep telling myself I'm not all that stressed out with everything but I really am.

I know this now because a relative that I don't see that often asked me if I was stressed out because she could see it my eyes. This morning I woke of with my lips covered in cold sores. I only ever get cold sores when I am just stressed beyond belief. I had to call my doctor because they usually spread all over my face too. YUCK!!!

So what is your I can't deny it anymore sign?

just lurking but had too add my two cents because i finally figured this out-Whenever i am stressed to the max even though i completely deny it my back will go out till i can barely move for a week hence the reason i am sitting in front of the computer on a beautiful day like today (:

I don't know. I sometimes wonder myself. THings are in such a tails spin the last few weeks that I totally feel out of control. I think Ik new I was over loaded the other day when i was yelling at zach when he got up for the 5th times and itwas only 2 am. I really worry that this attitude will carry over into our cycle. And if we don't get preggo I don't know how I am going ot deal. If we weren't on a time limit I would wait till everything w/ cass is settled and I have time to truly greive her loss. I know that I am stressed I am standing here crying as I type and don't even know why.

I normally am a really physical person and releive stress that way but the weather is really sucky today and I am stuck inside. Guess I have no reason to not clean. (YUCK!!)

ttc #2 FET in July ...... Hoping for a March baby

When I'm really stress I am a walking time bomb! I'm mad at everything and everyone, my poor dh & Valerie just as fas as they can when they see me. I know I have to learn to deal with my stress some other way, what really helps is shopping!

My signed that I am too stressed is that I have to eat anything and everything. Especially chocolate.

Stress usually lands in my back, which totally explains my horrid back ache today. I am feeling quite depressed because we haven't heard anything....and my little guy needs me, I just know it!

Ahh, stress it is such a lovely thing for all of us.

I seem to eat when I'm happy and sad. I have a big down fall for cheese and crackers and chips and dip.

Nicole- i hope you get to travel real soon. Please remind me do you travel once or twice?

We travel 3 times in about 2 months. If we are lucky they will waive the 10 days and we will get to take him home on trip 2, but that is happening less and less these days.

Oh my gosh, I had no idea there could be a third travel. WOW!!!

Any chance you could stay over there in between trips? I have a friend who I think may have done that now that I think about, she rented an apartment and said it was much cheaper then flying back and forth.
