Today, I had my one on one interview with the social worker. We talked for 2.5 hours. It went very smoothly, she asked kind of the same questions that I had answer before in all the questionnaires that the agency gave us. I guess that they want to see if you have consistency on your answers and see what kind of reaction you have on certain questions. I didn't feel that it was more invasive then the questionnaires.
Anyway, she is coming back to the house on Wed for Zoulanche's interview. Also, she gave me the last package that we need to complete which is all the papers relate to the certification. we need to put together like a scrap book album of us and make a home available paper..that is like a flyer that they give to other social workers, and to those that get interested in us get to see our album. So will have to start working on that ASAP!...and we need to start getting the house ready for the certifications. We need to buy the locks for the meds, detergents, take our CPR and first aid classes, etc...
It sounds like it will be done by the end of summer all this and then to the waiting list... :O) so will see for how long we will have to wait to find the best match for our family!
