I am still waiting for the items to come back for the consulate in Chicago. It's been a week already and nothing. I guess what really got my hopes up was that my one document that we sent to the consulate in NYC was turned around in a day.
The group that I belong to online from the adoption agency has had 3 people this week complete their dossier and be put on "the list". In front of me.
I just feel like we have waited for SOOO LONG to have a baby. Don't I deserve this?? I guess I am just having a pity party for myself.
The kids are gone at camp and then at their dads, so I am home alone and kind of bored. Makes the days long.
Sorry to complain.......

Oh, I don't blame you. International seems to have so many hoops to jump through and you spend so much time waiting on other (slow) people! What can you do!

girl, I know the waiting can be so hard especially when you are so close to handing it all over...I hope the paperwork comes to you very soon.

Megan great reading list, I have read many of those books myself. I just finished Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen, I really enjoyed it. Now I am reading Jesus Land by Julie Scheeres and then the next book will be Kite Runner. I love reading in the summer time!!
