I swear I know that everything will work out for the best but somedays you know you just kinda feel like someone is doing this to you

So L calls the agency today to see about any upcoming referrals. The director told her well, we had a referral for you but the province director in Vietnam left her job and she had assigned a baby for you but then this guy who took over her job came in and he took that referral and gave it to someone else.

Ok fine, I guess I can deal with this but I mean really..what the heck???

Then I got to the post office this morning only to realize I forgot to bring the address for the package I am mailing, I go to call L so she can log onto my email and I figure out that I also picked up the wrong cell phone. The cell phone I brought was an old one and is no longer working.

SOOO I come home to get the address and go to run back out the door and I left my keys sitting on the table. Ok, can we say Needless to say I was locked out of the house, luckly I have a friend who works from home and lives about 7 minutes away so this time I had the correct phone and I called her to come and let me in the house.....

Now I am sitting her having a class of wine as I contemplate what my next dumb move will be.

I hope tomorrow is much, much better.

And I think I need to come and thunk your agency director in the head. Why did she have to tell you she had a referral for you that you can't possibly have? I hate when they do stuff like that. I mean, sheesh. Thanks for making me feel bad about something I can't do anything about.

I think today just means that the rest of the week is really going to go very much in your favor. After my day today I think I'll have a little nip myself.

Hi Laura,
Yes that is my dog, her name is Lili and she is a 7 year old Chihuahua. Poor girl is just beyond sweet and lovable but has many deformaties. Her tongue is to long, her bottom jaw is too short, she only has about 8 teeth, and she has some sight problems oh and the worst of all is she smells like fritos most days. But we love her to death. We have a second dog who is a 2 year old long haired chihuahua and loves me to death but can be a bit mean to others at times.

Hoping for a better day today..which I think it will be.
