Icon7 O/T These storms

Man, We had like 4 major storms come through here yesterday, one of them produced 3 confirmed tornados. For like the 1st time in five years I actually went to the basement and heard some crazy noises but when I resurfaced nothing was damaged. Thank Goodness!!!

Today we are supposed to get more storms but I don't think they are supposed to be as bad. I was so bummed having to go to the basement because I love a good storm but with an impending travel date I thought I better just take extra precautions.

Now I am sitting in the living room looking out the front window as my dog goes insane. I think we have every squirrel in MD in our front yard. We really have a squirrel problem.

Glad you are safe! Apparently we are supposed to get some storms here today, but I see nothing so far.

I hear you about squirrels. Max, our dog, is PRIMAL about squirrels!!

to what Mely said. I love squirrels to but then again it just might be that I've only seen about 4 in my lifetime! There's isn't much around here, I guess the heat around here pretty much scares every thing & one away. Now I wouldn't mind some of those storms this way, we desperately need some rain & wind.

Wow, that's scary! My brother lives in MD. Earlier this year he was telling me how much it was raining there... unbelievable. I'm glad you are okay and there was no damage!

Send a little this way, would ya? We won't get any until like mid-July now.

Rain, that is. Send a little rain our way. You can keep the tornadoes.

We had a horrible drought last year but this year we are breaking rain records. Crazy!!!
But it is supoposed to be like 96 this weekend and 100% humidity. :gaah

I see the AC going on. I hate a/c and I try to hold off as long as possible but the humidity gets me every time.

Have you girls seen black squirrels before? They are really kinda neat, if not I'll take a pic next week and send them to you.

I love black squirals. We have tons of them here. Infact a few months back I wa ata party and incountered a mean one in my friends garage.

Glad to hear that you didn't have any damage from the tornado. I hate humidity. We spent 1.5 yrs in AL and it was a mild summer and I thought I would die from the humidity. We have had a few tornado warnings this weeks too. And lots of thunderstorms. The hail hasn't been all that bad just a few small hail ball here and there.
