Default My I800A Update
We were finally able to file our I800A!! Our agency had one of thier sister agencies "tweak" our home study. We won't lose our place in line!! Yippee!! The guy at the INS actually told us the wrong information. The I800A paperwork is for our country, not China!

I wish! The wait over there is horrendous! I am just hoping after the "free extension" in 18 months covers us. They are only referring out 4-5 day batches each month, we still have 9 months of people ahead of us to get through. I am thinking 2009-2010 at least.
