old married couple.

So we have been sick with coughs and cols and runny noses for WEEKS now so must of our free time has been popping meds and laying down. Well this past weekend friday instead of having our nightly cup of hot tea we had a hot cup of theraflu and then saturday night we are standing in the kitchen all snotted up just looking in a daze at each other and I poor us each 2 tbspns of robituss1n and we did a

I just had to laugh when we met we were always going out and dancing and toasting to a shot or a glass of wine and now we have come to sitting in on a friday and saturday night toasting to our nightly decongestant.

Anyone else want to share one of those AAHAA moments of yup, we're married now and although they aren't like our goodtimes in the begining this is still good times story?

DH and I (who we met 10 years ago tomorrow - great birthday present, huh?) say this everytime we are tired and lights out by 10 on a Saturday night! We used to just be getting ready to go out at 10pm back in the day!

Kristine - you are such a young thing - if I remember right you can't even claim 30 something status - I think its very cute that you were toasting theraflu and Robitussen. Being sick doesn't count for acting old!

M- bar huh - me too (DH and I) met while I was bar tending it was 1130 or so after he had finished shooting pool league - I still remember how he lean on the bar and gaze at me with those beautiful blue eyes . . .sigh and those ugly green pants!!!!
