4/24/2008 Referral accepted for baby Ryan!! Wating to bring our boy home!

Well we actually got some video of her this weekend and I have to say she is precious and tiny, and has the cutest most sweetest cry I have ever heard. They videod her after having bloodwork and she was crying and she had real tears coming down her face. I imagine we will still be traveling in June or July but that is still up in the air right now.

We got some blood work back from her this weekend and she is a Hep C positive which kinda threw us into a whirlwind because her original bloodwork came back negative so we are working real hard to figure out how fast we can get her home. The other thing we found out this weekend is she was hospitalized when Silas was so we are waiting for more information there.

Oy vey it has been an emotional weekend but we are pushing along and trying to stay sane in it all.

I just want to bring her home so I can love her and give her all the best care I can find and give.

I think you are going to be the perfect parents for this little girl. It seems to me that every child can come with some kind of issue. I know that with my little girls we have had a ton of stuff to overcome but we have done it and in the end it all is so worth it. And you are all the closer and the relationship that much stronger for all the things you overcome.

She just needs to come home and live with you. NOW.
