I just want you girls to know I am thinking of you as you morn the loss (moving on) of your foster kids who have just stolen your hearts.


I know it is hard but I believe each one of you can feel proud and assured that you totally made a difference in the childs life and you will always have a special place in their hearts and the hearts of the family even if they won't admit it.

Thanks K! It's funny you should mention this as today we were in court for Lilly and Olivia and the judge actually took time to personally thank me for making it a "happy" day in his courtroom. He said that the decision to move Lilly was very difficult for him and that when he makes decisions like that he expects to see a lot of negative fall-out, not a lot of love happening. I'm going to post about the hearing in another post, but I appreciate you sending such positive thoughts our way. Jenn and Ruby are really fantastic ladies.

K, thanks you have no idea how much that meant to me! It's been 2 months since Estrella was reunited with her parents and up to this day we miss her like crazy, that little girl just stole our s! I just wish and that her parents would give us some type of communication to be able to talk or see her. But after all is said and done people ask us would you do it again, I must say YES without a doubt because I know and I saw how much that little girl blossomed when she was with us and I hope to be able to do that for as long as we possibly can.
