Finally, a blip on the radar!

Hi Ladies-

Today marks the 6 month anniversary of our homestudy approval & we FINALLY got a call asking permission to show our profile. The B-mom is due April 7th. She has one 11 year-old son that she does not have custody of & she has previously placed another child for adoption. The B-father is uncertain--there are 2 possibilities. I told our social worker that she could ABSOLUTELY show our profile. Could this be the one??? Don't want to get my hopes up, but maybe....

How exciting!! I will say a little prayer that your family is picked!!!

Do you know when she will looks at the profiles and if they are showing other profiles?

It's funny. I got so excited that I didn't think to ask all of those questions & now I'm kicking myself! DH thinks it's better not to know when she'll chose, so that we aren't waiting by the phone. (I hope it's soon, though!)
