well, i researched this in 2005 before we were blessed on our final ivf attempt w/ shelly. and since it worked w/ her we shelled out the $25,000 to cycle with the same donor and had a chemical pregnancy and back to back miscarriages i was/am devastated but know God must have another child waiting for me. i have some info from back then but can you all give me names of great agencies. a part of me is mad that we just didn't do this first but i really tried to give shelly a genetic sibling. it just didn't work out.

I just wanted to wish you well. I am new here too so I have no input. Just learning the ropes and trying to get some idea of how this all works.

Sorry to hear of your losses.

I've been researching agencies online and within my state, I request info packets, then follow-up with a phone interview.

Healing is the hardest part, I feel your pain

Hi Rachelle! back to the adoption board. I am so sorry about your loss. You are in my thoughts every day.

I don't have any great suggestions for domestic agencies because we went another direction, but I hope you also consider fost/adopt through your state. It's not the easiest route to a child but I have felt Spirit led on this journey and I know you might be too. You have faith like a rock girl. You could do this.

Just a thought...

Nice to meet you Rachelle.

Wow, it looks like you've been through a lot!

I don't have any advice since I'm still in the looking and thinking phase myself. But, I wish you luck and I'd be interested in what you decide.

Hi Rachelle,

I'm sorry to hear you have had such a rough road.
I don't have alot of info regarding domestic adoption because we chose to go international but I do know Amber checks in every so often and she did domestic so she can help you out some.

Good Luck and I hope you stick around and let us cheer you on as your heart heals and jump on the next roller coaster ride.
