Well, we learned new things from this agency...which I love! They are a private non-profit...even better!
I think that 99.9% we will go with this agency. They have a maximum of 13 cases per SW versus the county that is 50 per SW. Also with them you have have access to a porfolio with all the kids that are in the system. They talk about the difference with the county the SW has the power to send your profile to who they may think that is a good match. So my DH and I think that is a plus that you get to see all the kids and have a word to who you may be interest.
The only things that I didn't like is that they ask for those that are adopting b/c IF issues to use birth control...which I am against! Their reason is b/c they had had so many couples that are almost closing the adoption when they find out that they are pregnant...if that happen to us then we will have 3 happy kiddos at home. We are determine to adopt a child and a pregnancy wont stop us from that...imagine what a bonus

! and the other thing that I didn't like is that if you have debts they can turn you down...which we have from our IVF.
We will be having a preliminary interview with a SW to help us decide if they are the agency that will work better for us. So now we only need to wait for the call for that interview in which they will give us the application if we decide to go forward. They also require a 7 weeks seminar to prepare you for the adoption. The seminar is once a week for 3 hours.
I think that I got everything....did I mentioned that I am so happy!!!
