So gross...but so funny.

DH has kinda been picking on me for a few days....like "dinner's kinda salty, don't you think?....Oh...you put SQUASH in here?" and other things of that nature....so last night, I was playing with Jake on our bed (he gets fussy around 6pm, so that's when we strip him down to a diaper & play until bath time at 6:30pm)...I noticed a little turd in his diaper....DH was just walking in the room & I said "Jake needs a new diaper, there's a stinky in here" and he got all attitude-y on me and said "Oh, thanx for saving me the poo diaper...nice." I change the darn diapers ALL day...and I didn't mind changing another...so I grabbed Jake & went to change the stinky. DH is standing behind me "monitoring" me while I change Jake (b/c now I think he feels bad for complaining and wants to "help") - I undid his diaper & went to grab a wipe when in the blink of an eye...Jake has that little stinky turd in his hand. AHHHHH! DH comes to help...glad he was there! I try to get the poo and he squeezes it....AHHHHH! Smooshed in between his fingers...AHHHHHH! It was a poo emergency. Wipes were flying everywhere...I had poo on me...Jim had poo on him, and poor Jakers had poo all over his hand & butt. It sure lightened the situation between me & DH and we both chuckled about it after Jake went to bed. I wish I had thought to grab the camera (I would've gotten poo on it, though)....It was quite the fiasco.

my mom told me that my older sister had a habit of "painting" on the walls with her poo

I havent had any emergencies yet... hope it stays that way.

that was just jake doing his part to lighten the mood..

Gross, but soooo funny!
Eric swiped at his butt the other day but I managed to grab his hand before he touched his bootie.
It's becoming so hard to change a poopy diaper, he's reaching and turning all over the place...do you find that?

Yep! Jake tries to flip on his tummy when I'm changing him...it's making diaper changing an adventure!

Just wait until he poops in the tub and the turd is floating in there with him!

I remember my nephew that lives with us doing this when he was about 3...totally freaked him out!
