Okay, 6 wk is a bit early for an u/s, but I was having a pelvic exam to check on my left ovary, this was scheduled before I knew I was preg, I thought I had a ruptured cyst, and the tech switched over to ob settings and let me get a look at the little bean! At this point all we could see was the gestational sac and the yolk sac within the uterus. She said there was prob a hb in there but just too faint to detect yet. But the size looks good, just right for 6 wk, and good implantation, so, so far so good!
