Butterbeer
Every single time I've read Harry Potter, I always, ALWAYS think Butterbeer sounds amazing. So, I got busy and looked up a recipe. There are lots of different recipes and since JK Rowling didn't really have anything in mind when she first wrote about Butterbeer, there is no official recipe.
Here's our version of it:
Ingredients:
Toffee (like Werther's)
whipping cream
root beer
Melt 10 toffees over the stove in half a liter of whipping cream.
Fill your mugs 1/2-3/4 of the way full with root beer.
Fill it the rest of the way full with the hot whipping cream mixture.
Enjoy! 
I think Harry Potter would love it.
