in the ER til 330am yay
I took baby girl to the ER last night because her temp was rising. I did give her tylenol but since she's had a nasty cough lately, I didnt want to give her too much and end up masking a big problem. So ... we get there at 945 last night I didnt leave til 330am. Yay. They did xrays and listened to her breathing yadda yadda...,. we have viral croup. The doc said it should pass in 7 days...which mean I have 4 left! The only Rx we were given was advice even though I gave her my own albuterol inhaler twice last night with an aerochamber on it! Fluids, tylenol, blah and see her pedi on Friday. Poor thing coughs so much right now she's thrown up her formula. Plus, my frikken humidifier isnt working!
Gahh I'm tired. I want a RED BULL. I have NO coffee. And my baby girl is miserable. She's gonna sound like a smoker here soon!
I hate the ER.
