My computer is taking a poop on me!!! The monitor goes out across the bottom 2.5" of the screen and it drives me nuts... If I press on it JUST RIGHT, and of course it is different every time, it will work again fine for a little while, but then if someone BREATHES anywhere near it it will go out again. Ugh!!! I even brought it to the computer shop and they said it's not a short (like I thought it was), but the LED screen is going out and it's not worth repairing in their professional opinion. I'm sure they're right because it's a laptop, a few years old now, and I've gotten a ton of use out of it. It's still in good condition, but it's slower than it used to be and has a harder time running sometimes.

So today/tonight sometime we're going to look at computers, possibly getting one. Not an expense I'm happy about, but it is critical for Cassie's records (and my SK time ). I have her protein/fluid intake on spreadsheets in here that I wrote a program for, and doing it on paper would be miserable.

On a funny note, I had my SO bring my computer in to the shop because I was doing other stuff that day. He was so embarrassed! I have the outside top covered in Bambi stickers . Inside is a little better...by the mouse touchpad is a pheonix and a wyvern, but on the top of the keyboard and the bottom of the monitor are Little Bear stickers. Lol!
