So, I'm avoiding my dirty house and gifts that need to be wrapped because my husband and I need to get away for a vacation this year. It's been far too long and we both have a week off at the end of January.

I've spent the morning looking through information sites - not really looking for deals yet. We know we want to go somewhere warm, but I'm not sure if I want to cruise or just park myself on a beach for a week.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I've found a few good information sites that cater to women. They're not as big as Lonely Planet, but I like that they approach travel the same way I do.
